today w lerned about how different places in the bronx affected the lake in which the bear ate in got infected. we got to find out that the chicken factory was the one who realesed the most dangerous bacteria in the lake which unbalanced the ecosystem.

Mattt&Jim reporting live just outside a home that was recently vandalized. The case has been cracked! A bear, ecaped from nearby Bearfort mountain was responsible for the seires of vandals. Over the years, bears have been sited all over suburbs. What has been driving the bears from their natural habitat? Their feeding lake has been polluted, and utterly damaged byond repare. Three buisness, a golf course, a gas station, and a chicken factory were founded a few years ago. Each owner was interviewd, and all were supposedly taking steps to protect the environment. The scientist moved in and tested the lake water using indicators. It was concluded the golf and gas station were not involved. the oxgyen levels were dangerously low, due to the surplus of bacteria in the lake from the chicken factory.

today i solved the mystery of the vandalism. the vandal was a bear. the bear was vandalising because it was hungry. the home of the bears were getting destroyed because of the humans. the fish that the bears eat were killed because of very little osygen.

well today we worked a long time. we had finished the case of the bronx vandalism.. we found that it was a bear running out of resources we opened a bunch of google earth files sent to us by chris rivera and we found that a nearby lake was polluted and we needed to find any buisnesses close by. we discovered a golf course, a gas station, and a chicken nugget factory. we preformed tests to find who polluted the water we discovered that the chicken nugget factory were poluting the lake which caused so many bear sitings..

Today we looked at bears.

… yes. Bears.

They decided it would be fun to break car windows, house windows, and attack defenseless trash cans.

They’re horrible.

But then we had to do an investigation about why bears left the place they lived at.

Three suspects.

a. some owner of some golf course

b. some owner of some gas station

c. some owner of some chicken nugget factory

The lady of the chicken nugget factory was the GUILTY.

SHE decided it was COOL to DUMP CHICKEN into precious WATERS and turn it UGLY.

Continuation of Da Mystery

well 2day wasnt that bad it was ok but last week was better lolz..but we continued the mystery about who vandlized the properties in Bronx. We learned that it was a bear we used the GSI system to locate when there were most bearsightings near the vandalized properties. The bears probally escaped because of thier enviorment they were in,mayb dere waznt enough food or sumthy & we also did experiments

Bear mystery solved! By:Lisa

Today we tried to figure out where all the bear came from who did all the vandalism. We found out that most of them were moving to New York and New Jersey. From 2001 to 2006 many bears have become more brave or they had a lack of resource. After research we found out that the chicken nugget factory was sending organic chicken waste into the water which made less oxygen for the fishes. This means there were more dead fishes and bears only like to catch and eat live fish.

today we tested the lake water for whether the or not the lake water was contaminated by gasoline, phospherous or chicken bacteria. we tested the water and found that the reason that the bear came to the bronx for food was that his food was dying off and he knew where to go to get food so we found the vandalist and the cause of the problem.

what we learned today

today we found out the asnwer to the mystery to why the bears were moving into human communities digging through their garbage. it turns out that the lake was contaminated; possibly from 3 different businesses that were built near the lake. They were a gas station, golf place and a chicken nugget factory. We found out by testing out the lake water that it was niether the gas station or the golf place. It turned out to be the chicken nugget factory because they were dumping the chicken remains into the lake. the chicken remains became food for the bateria and caused them to multiply and use up the oxygen that the fish needed. the fish died as a result because of matthew. ahhahaha. actually the fish died of lack of oxygen and again became food for the bateria and the bateria used up the oxygen and kept on multiplying eventually destroying the lake.
