Dear Preeti & Explainers,
Wow, the classes have gone by fast. Just goes to show, time flies when your having fun! It seems like just last week my mom was complaining she had to get up and come to queens so early in the morning and now its over. I had such a wonderful time here and the experiences will last a life time. The friends I made, the projects I did they will all be in my memory forever. I just wanted to thank you for having me and giving me such a previlage and opprotunity to be in such a wonderful place. I’m really looking forward to next year and all the new things we will do. The whole summer seems like such a long time, but I’m sure that it will go by fast and it will be time to come here again. For the most part, everyone, every explainer, person, and intern I’ve come to meet over the course of these past 12 classes has impacted me in some way and I am greatful for this once-in-a-lifetime experience. Everyone was so nice and just made the whole thing better, not just for me but for everyone. These classes have gone by with laughter, knowledge, friendship, and otherwise feelings that I cannot describe with mere words. So, as we come to the end of another school year, I look back on these classes and think “wow, I just dont believe it. It went by so fast” And unfortunately next year it will be the same way and before I know it I will be applying for an explainer-intern job with the same feeling I had when I applied for these classes. And so I thank you for all the experiences you’ve given me and I hope to see you next year, or when I come during the summer. Until next time,

we made our house look wicked a.k.a nice.Since diz iz lyk our last session ima miss gettin up for the Hayden Program. We had Lotz of F.U.N 4 da past few weeks. plus last week u finished the wiring. and also i gonna miss our explainers.

Wiring Week
This is Matthew chin, jefferson and james here. This week we finished our house. I thought that it was quite fun. even though it was confusing getting the wires correctly, we had fun. Looking at other peoples houses was quite amusing.
~Our House~
Today, Me, Alda, and Jim finished wiring our house. While I was setting up the lights and other things, Alda and jim got started on decorating. I think they did a great job, and the house wouldn’t have been the same without their help. We used one dial switch for the bedroom because it had the fan and a light. all the other rooms used simple switches, there was no need for a dial. We decided to use one battery pack for the house. It was a fun project, and i am looking forward to next years classes.

veron and hakims ugly but close to finished house
well we started out with our house last week except we werent quite able to finish wiring, so today we started from scratch which is one reason i, hakim, like to believe is why our house is so ugly, the other reasons are that veron was really being an real dummy, and our house wasnt that bad…it actually was pretty hard which is the reason we took so many short cuts….

Hannah: its once again my turn to do the blog…i’ve been writing our posts a lot lately…so today we were wiring our house and i realized our house is the most plain one out of the entire room and our batteries before were dead and thus, we had to waste time to fix it, i hope i can try to make more furniture ovr the week.
